Marketing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our CRM team in Sydney. In this role, you will create and optimize live events to drive customer engagement and retention. You will collaborate with the CRM team to configure and execute game tournaments and quest schedules, and work with the data team to create an ongoing test schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CRM team to develop and execute engagement strategies for live events.
- Work with the data team to create and implement test schedules for game features and promotions.
- Collaborate with the CRM and Product teams to organize and document new content releases.
- Compile and present monthly liveops results to key stakeholders.
- Organize and document SKU, promo code, and product URL requests.
- Create and validate data configuration updates, time-limited events, and special offers.
Requirements:
- Experience with handling large amounts of data entry and organization, preferably in a game testing or live game operations role.
- Knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and AB testing is desirable.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent time management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
- Motivated and self-starting individual who enjoys solving problems and finding areas for improvement.
- A solid understanding of key metrics used to monitor live game performance.
