About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to join our Compass Education team as a Schools Engagement Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the Queensland education sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and relationship-building with schools and education institutions.
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve quarterly targets for qualified leads, demos, and customers signed.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and Marketing teams to develop and execute a regional sales strategy.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
  • Participate in regular training and informational sessions to stay up-to-date on the Compass product.
  • Support and attend local and national marketing events to promote Compass Education solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the education sector, with a strong understanding of school operations and challenges.
  • Results-driven with a growth mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with schools and education institutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
