Job Overview

The role of a Business Analyst involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to transform customer requests into tailored software solutions. As a key member of the development team, you will own the product backlog and lead the definition of user stories and requirements.

About the Role

This multi-dimensional position requires an experienced and customer-focused individual who can drive iterative delivery, customer validation, and prioritization. You will work closely with Product Owners to ensure requests align with the company's product vision and break down needs into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

You will also be responsible for gathering and documenting customer needs using techniques like user journey mapping, emotional mapping, process diagrams, and prototyping. Additionally, you will lead prioritization and elaboration sessions with customers, validate solutions with customers throughout the development process, and report on estimates, progress, and risks to customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an agile environment
  • Proven success delivering SaaS products in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, both technical and non-technical
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
