About the Role

The role involves supporting the Client Manager with bond applications, providing a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management, and providing administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs. You will also communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Client Manager with bond applications
  • Providing a high level of client service to enable effective client relationship management
  • Providing administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
  • Communicating with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needs
  • Participating in surety pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports
  • Preparing, lodging, and invoicing policies in an accurate and timely manner
  • Developing solutions that result in improved client outcomes and retention

Requirements

  • Experience within the insurance industry, preferably with surety/bond application experience
  • Sound business acumen and exceptional client relationship management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong presentation skills
  • Comfort working in a high-pressure professional environment
  • Solid planning and organisational skills with a strong work ethic
  • A collaborative attitude with a team-focused approach
