Job Description

As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the senior leadership team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.

You will be responsible for leading by example, demonstrating best service practices, and coaching the team to provide friendly and helpful advice to customers.

In addition, you will assist with training and onboarding new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Merchandising standards will be maintained to ensure all displays meet business requirements, and stock management will be coordinated effectively to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and demonstrate best service practices.
  • Coach and support the team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
  • Maintain merchandising standards and coordinate stock management effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
