Are you a natural leader who thrives on getting the job done — in the office and in the field? Naturaliste Turf is looking for a dedicated Supervisor to join our team, helping deliver high-quality turf maintenance and grounds management services across schools and public spaces and corporate facilities in the Southwest.
This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can balance leadership responsibilities and planning with hands-on field work such as mowing, machinery operation, and depot upkeep.

About the Role


• Oversee daily operations, schedule and coordinate turf maintenance services


• Provide support and leadership to team leaders and operators


• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are consistently met


• Manage the maintenance of equipment, workshop facility and yard any activities


• Deliver outstanding customer service and always promote our team culture


• Split your time between office and in field as necessary to achieve and maintain the highest levels of efficiency


• Promoting the business to increase revenue and profitability, and always looking for new opportunities

What We're Looking For


• Proven leadership experience, strong people skills and be able to communicate within all levels of the business


• Willingness to work within your teams — no task too big or small


• Ability to prioritize, plan and manage operational efficiency and think on your feet when challenges arise


• Good working knowledge of WHS procedures, conducting prestart meetings and reporting


• Mechanically minded or experience in turf, landscaping, or grounds care (advantageous but not essential)

Essential Requirements


• White Card (Construction Safety Awareness)


• MR Class Driver's License


• Ability to pass a National Police Check and Drug & Alcohol testing
