Waiter Supervisor

The Goose is an iconic Southwest restaurant located in Busselton (WA, 6280), currently in search of a passionate and experienced Waiter Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis.

Tasks & responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the waiting staff, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
- Train and supervise waiting staff, providing guidance and support.
- Schedule and manage waiting staff shifts to meet operational needs.
- Assist with table setting, clearing, and maintaining a clean dining environment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with staff training and development.

**Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Remuneration: $65,000 - $70,000 per year + superannuation

A minimum of two current references will be required.
