Job Overview

The position of New Home Construction Supervisor is a critical role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the construction process of new homes.

This involves ensuring that all work is completed on time, to the highest quality standards and within established parameters. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as a solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations and construction industry standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversight of the construction process, including scheduling and coordinating subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
  • Effective communication with trade partners, suppliers, building officials, homeowners and other team members.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in overseeing the construction of new homes.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations and construction industry standards.
