Job Description

The New Home Construction Superintendent oversees the construction of new homes and performs various duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the construction process, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and within budget requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to meet construction schedules and quality requirements.
  • Communicate professionally with trade partners, suppliers, building officials, homeowners, and other team members.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills with effective subcontractor management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer, subcontractor, and team member interactions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction industry standards.
