Job Title: Underground Construction Field Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking an experienced underground construction field supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and provide technical guidance.

This role involves direct management of field employees, ensuring they follow safety protocols and adhere to company standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a deep understanding of underground construction methodologies.

Responsibilities
  • Direct the day-to-day activities of field employees.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure crew member well-being.
  • Train and guide field employees on underground construction best practices.
  • Monitor and report productivity levels, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an underground construction supervisor.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred.
