Responsibilities
  • We are looking for an experienced underground construction field supervisor to join our underground construction team.
  • This is an in-house role to jump in with any manual work in the field that is necessary.
  • Aware of all safety precautions used to keep all crew members safe on job sites.
  • Responsible for making sure all job sites stay neat and clean.
  • Must have adequate communications skills with team members and management.
  • Direct the day-to-day field operations and provide necessary technical guidance and leadership.
  • Train and guide field employees to keep up with daily operational needs.
  • Ensure Company tracking methods and systems are implemented to measure productivity levels.
  • Work with field employees on assigned construction projects.
  • Communicate with management and team members.
  • Ability to manage and be present in emails, phone calls and all other communication platforms necessary.
  • Promote accountability to all crew members and provide coaching and training to crews as needed.
  • Create ideas to assist our company grow and excel and productivity.
Qualifications
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience being a underground construction supervisor.
  • Must hold a valid driver license.
  • OSHA 10 is not required but preferred.
