About The Role

Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, this role oversees laboratory operations ensuring compliance and contributing to both short-term performance and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day laboratory operations contributing to business performance through effective planning, quality outcomes, and safety adherence
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards promoting a culture of excellence
  • Promote a culture of safety ensuring full compliance with OHS requirements
  • Collaborate with technical teams to meet customer quality expectations and address serviceability needs
  • Build strong relationships through open communication and a shared commitment to delivering excellent service
