Menu Monitor Role
This critical role is integral to our Food Services operations, significantly impacting patient well-being.
As a key member of the team, you will meet with patients and their families to discuss meal options and dietary needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Discussing meal options and dietary requirements with patients.
- Ensuring accurate information is provided to the kitchen team.
- Correctly entering meal choices into the Delegate (food delivery system).
- Addressing patient concerns and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborating with the kitchen, food services team, and ward nurses for seamless operations and high patient satisfaction.
To excel in this position, you will need experience working in a hospital setting, preferably utilizing Delegate or similar systems. You should possess strong PC skills and excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in a hospital environment, ideally using Delegate or similar systems.
- Exceptional communication skills – including both written and verbal interactions.
- Outstanding PC skills and proficiency in navigating various software platforms.
- A collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- A genuine passion for enhancing patient care and satisfaction.
