About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Coordinator in Melbourne. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals and objectives through the effective use of our platform.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support to resolve any issues or concerns they may have. This will involve working closely with our customers to understand their needs, providing guidance and training on the use of our platform, and escalating complex issues to our technical support team as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide guidance and training on the use of our platform
  • Escalate complex issues to our technical support team as needed
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
