
High-Quality Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking experienced nurses to provide high-quality, direct patient care and promote independence, dignity and quality of life.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment abilities and effectively communicate with individuals, team members, and key stakeholders.
This role is designed to support clients with diverse and often complex health needs.
- Prioritise patient care and escalate patient care when necessary.
- Fulfill training and on-call requirements.
The nurse will thrive in a multidisciplinary environment and contribute to clinical education as part of their role.
They will work independently with minimal supervision and use computer systems efficiently.
A permanent full-time position and up to 89 permanent part-time hours are available, split as needed.
RequirementsOur preferred candidate will have:
- Current registration with the relevant authority.
- Minimum 3 years' experience post registration in an acute setting.
- Current Driver Licence.
Additional qualifications may be beneficial:
- Recent District Nursing experience.
- Post Graduate qualifications relevant to District Nursing.
- Knowledge of privacy legislation and document control.
- Previous experience within a healthcare environment.
Note: Some roles in the healthcare sector require annual vaccination for Influenza (unless a valid exemption applies). Evidence of vaccination (or exemption) will be required prior to commencement.
