Job Description

We have multiple opportunities available for experienced Registered Nurses to provide person-centred, evidence-based nursing care to individuals in their homes and community settings.

The role is designed to support clients with diverse and often complex health needs, promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Nurses will provide ongoing care to consumers in their home, requiring excellent assessment and problem-solving skills.

They must be able to prioritise patient care, escalate patient care, and be flexible to meet the demands of a changing day-to-day business.

The successful applicants will have sound clinical and communication skills and may have the opportunity to progress upon fulfillment of training and on-call requirements.

The roles will require nurses to work on a rotating, flexible roster, including morning and afternoon shifts.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse with well-developed skills and knowledge in wound management and the care of CVADs.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical assessment abilities and effectively communicate with individuals, team members, and key stakeholders.

Proficiency in computer use, flexibility to work across all shifts, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are essential.
