Our Physiotherapy Team is seeking a dedicated and passionate physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in West Gippsland.

Job Description

As a physiotherapist, you will be responsible for working with patients who have a range of conditions, from acute injuries to chronic diseases. You will assess patients' physical abilities, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to promote optimal recovery and function.

You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication. This includes consulting with medical professionals, occupational therapists, and other healthcare experts to address patients' complex needs.

In this role, you will also participate in professional development activities and supervision programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. This will enable you to stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and technologies in physiotherapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education on healthy lifestyle habits.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in professional development activities and supervision programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • A Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) - Physiotherapy Board.
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
