We are seeking a Claims Handler to join our team in supporting car and home insurance customers through the claims process from initial notification to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather information related to customer loss notifications for accurate claim processing.
- Determine liability based on incident circumstances.
- Explore settlement options for claims where possible.
- Coordinate repair, mobility, and salvage services with suppliers.
- Manage existing claims queries to ensure efficient progress.
- Customer service experience with a focus on delivering positive outcomes.
- Able to work under pressure meeting deadlines and KPIs.
- Strong attention to detail with decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office.
