Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile IT professional to join our growing team. This role combines technical expertise with problem-solving skills, making it an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy working in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and effective technical support to all areas of the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, from network problems and automated account provisioning failures to Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies.
  • Collaborate with the Security team to ensure seamless integration between security, productivity, and user experience.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve user experience through self-service solutions.
  • Manage and maintain all office technology, including meeting rooms, audio visual equipment, networking, printers, and digital signage.
  • Implement, manage, and maintain complex technical projects, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements:
  • Experience in administration across various SaaS platforms, including Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
  • Expertise in Identity & Access Management systems like Okta or Microsoft Entra.
  • Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies, such as OAuth, OIDC, and SAML.
  • Understanding of identity provisioning technologies, including SCIM.
  • Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills to effectively assist users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Experience implementing technical projects across various technologies and platforms.
  • Ability to work with scripting, APIs, and automating repetitive tasks.
  • Experience managing and deploying applications to macOS and iOS.
  • Knowledge of installing, implementing, and maintaining office networks and remote access (VPN/Zero Trust).
