Job Description

The Technical Support Operations Specialist role is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and tech-savvy individual to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our technical support operations, you will provide remote monitoring and technical resource skills to support our partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work within a fast-paced contact centre environment that operates 24/7 and provides contact centre services to our partners.
  • Manage a high volume of outbound calls to field technicians and stores.
  • Accurately enter data.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our partners and our field-based team members in our state-of-the-art technical centre.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience using multiple systems concurrently.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience within a contact centre environment - preferred.
  • Previous experience in a technical support or service role - preferred.
