Job Title: Office Manager

As a key member of the NielsenIQ team, the Office Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the office, including facilities and IT
  • Organize travel and arrange food for events
  • Order office supplies and kitchen essentials
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including financial responsibilities and HR administration
  • Serve as a gatekeeper and efficiently manage the leader's schedule to prioritize goals and objectives
  • Organize complex schedules and prepare for various types of meetings
  • Attend and take notes for all leader's meetings
  • Assist in creating presentation materials when required
  • Manage a variety of projects, creating organized timelines and reports to ensure project completion by the deadline
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for events and handle issues as they arise
  • Assist with special projects or tasks as required
  • Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, leave and expense reports, invoice processing, and payment tracking
  • Draft and proofread business correspondence and use effective communication skills
  • Manage email communications and organize the MD's inbox for productivity
  • Coordinate all business travel seamlessly
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality of all information
  • A detail-oriented, resourceful, can-do attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and make right decisions in a proactive manner
  • Excellent team playing skills and relationship building
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite
