Office Manager

As a key member of the NielsenIQ team, the Office Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day running of the office, including facilities and IT
- Organize travel and arrange food for events
- Order office supplies and kitchen essentials
- Perform general administrative tasks, including financial responsibilities and HR administration
- Serve as a gatekeeper and efficiently manage the leader's schedule to prioritize goals and objectives
- Organize complex schedules and prepare for various types of meetings
- Attend and take notes for all leader's meetings
- Assist in creating presentation materials when required
- Manage a variety of projects, creating organized timelines and reports to ensure project completion by the deadline
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for events and handle issues as they arise
- Assist with special projects or tasks as required
- Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, leave and expense reports, invoice processing, and payment tracking
- Draft and proofread business correspondence and use effective communication skills
- Manage email communications and organize the MD's inbox for productivity
- Coordinate all business travel seamlessly
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality of all information
- A detail-oriented, resourceful, can-do attitude
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and make right decisions in a proactive manner
- Excellent team playing skills and relationship building
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite
