Workplace Operations Director

About the Role- Lead daily operations and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Report to the State Area Manager and collaborate with local teams to achieve shared goals.
- Bring leadership expertise, industry understanding, and a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in the automotive industry.
- A trade qualification (Panel Beater, Spray Painter, or related field).
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on performance and outcomes.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Full Australian working rights.
