Role Summary

We seek a Lifestyle Program Developer to deliver engaging activities for residents in an Aged Care facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement meaningful lifestyle programs
  • Coordinate and supervise program delivery
  • Meet ongoing resident needs and wants related to the Lifestyle and Leisure program
  • Promote and facilitate participation within the program
  • Implement organisational policies and procedures within lifestyle programs and activities

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Lifestyle & Leisure or equivalent
  • Minimum three years experience in lifestyle and leisure
  • Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating assessments and care plans for leisure and activities
  • Understanding of accreditation standards
  • Advantageous to have experience working in facilities with non-English-speaking residents
