The Residential Life Coordinator role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive residential life program that fosters a sense of community and support among residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Residential Life Manager to design, develop, and implement programs and services that promote resident engagement and wellbeing.
  • Provide on-call support to residents, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Work closely with other teams to achieve organisational goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A background in reception or hospitality is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • High levels of computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
