We are seeking an experienced Client Strategy Advisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting senior advisors to develop and implement client advice and strategies, ensuring all aspects of the process are conducted ethically and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing complex financial strategies for new and existing clients with senior advisors.
  • Building rapport and working relationships with assigned clients.
  • Liaising with super fund and insurance providers to obtain information on clients' policies.
  • Preparing high-quality, accurate, and timely Statements of Advice (SoAs).
  • Ensuring all elements of the advice process adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Managing the implementation of advice outlined in SoAs, including preparing application forms and navigating the insurance underwriting process.
  • Assisting in the management of client reviews, including updating information in Xplan and making adjustments as needed.
  • Supporting senior advisors with financial modelling using XPLAN.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with XPLAN and other relevant software systems.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
