The Role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Lead to lead and manage our payroll operations nationwide. As the Payroll Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team responsible for seamless, accurate, and timely payroll processing for all employees.

This critical role ensures compliance and delivers precise payroll processing according to established schedules. You will be responsible for guiding a skilled team of payroll specialists in managing around 2,000 payees across monthly and fortnightly cycles, providing essential support and leadership to maintain efficient and reliable payroll processes.
