About the Role

The Senior Property Consultant will provide property research, property investment due diligence, and advisory services on property portfolios to clients and investment trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare investment notes on investments and portfolio strategy and present them to senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay updated on the domestic and global property market, focusing on transaction pricing, investment trends, industry trends, and regulatory developments
  • Conduct due diligence on direct property investments and unlisted property funds across all property sectors and major geographies, including equity and debt, listed and unlisted
  • Provide advisory services for clients on property portfolios, including portfolio construction and deployment strategy
  • Monitor and review the performance of direct investments and unlisted property funds

Requirements:

  • Years of experience in unlisted property investments, property debt/project finance, property valuations, or property advisory
  • CA, CFA, or Master of Finance highly desirable
  • Knowledge of pooled funds, unlisted property investment vehicles, and portfolio construction
  • Evaluations experience would be highly desirable
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills
