The PositionYou will be based on-site, overseeing the management of two commercial assets, one of which is modern and classed as state-of-the-art.
Your focus will be to ensure a high level of delivery in tenancy management, financial management, marketing, and facilities management.
The aim is to deliver a long-term, sustainable property strategy that satisfies corporate goals and ensures tenant satisfaction.

Leadership skillsets and the willingness to mentor.
This is an opportunity to provide support and build rapport with tenants, as well as evaluate where else the property team can be providing value.
