Senior Property Risk Consultant

AXA XL is seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Risk Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our risk consulting team, you will be responsible for evaluating account risk quality, coordinating the scope and delivery of property loss prevention services, and supporting our profitable growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate account risk quality using internal and external information, tools, and resources.
- Conduct property risk surveys to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage the scope and scale of loss prevention services delivered to clients, balancing client expectations, underwriting requirements, and service cost constraints.
- Work directly with clients to improve their property risk profile and develop customized risk management solutions.
- Support the sales and marketing effort of the group by promoting our brand and service capabilities to prospective clients and brokers.
- Enhance the environment at AXA XL by participating actively in process improvements and special projects.
- Lend your expertise and experience to continually expand the knowledge and development efforts of other team members.
- Extensive fire protection risk engineering experience.
- Extensive industry experience in a field property loss prevention or account consultant position.
- Excellent knowledge of NFPA codes and FM data sheets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Broad understanding of key underwriting decision points.
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Proficient presentation skills, including written and verbal.
- Ability to summarize large amounts of information and deliver against deadlines.
- Knowledge of functionality of IT systems.
- Skilled in time management and work techniques.
- Professional designations including Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and/or Professional Engineer (PE) in Fire Protection preferred.
