Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Allstar Recruitment Group. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and further developing our existing client base in the transport industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop existing accounts and seek out new business opportunities in conjunction with the Branch Manager.
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and promote our company's products and services.
- Provide detailed and regular reports to the Branch Manager on the current state of the market and potential opportunities.
- Follow up on quoted enquires, providing detailed feedback and have the ability to negotiate and secure the business.
- Manage the sales process from initial opportunity to close.
- Demonstrate the ability to work to clients' KPIs.
- Record all client information on the CRM database and perform regular updates.
- Prepare considered, realistic forecasts in a timely fashion to the Branch Manager.
- Attend and contribute to sales meetings, presentations, and training courses, recognizing the value of one's own contribution to those events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar results-driven sales role.
- Absolute understanding of the sales cycle process.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiar in using a CRM database.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Understanding of relevant customers, their market drivers, and processes.
- Professional attitude with a strong business acumen.
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Articulate and excellent time management skills.
- Results-driven and client-focused.
