We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving new business growth across the Real Estate portfolio. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in sales and relationship management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement comprehensive growth strategies to enhance our presence in the real estate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Drive new business opportunities for small to moderate accounts, achieving clear KPIs and targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry risks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service and exceed expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in insurance sales, prospecting, and relationship management.
  • Strong broking background with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of insurance products relevant to small businesses.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
