This role requires a skilled and compassionate mental health nurse to provide critical care to patients in an inpatient setting.
About the RoleWe are seeking a registered nurse with experience in mental health nursing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering person-centered care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with acute mental health needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated experience in mental health nursing, preferably in an inpatient setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
