**Job Title:** Mental Health Professional

Job Overview

This role involves providing high-quality, recovery-focused clinical services to individuals experiencing mental illness, distress, and/or risk issues.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assessment, care coordination, intervention, liaison, and review as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Collaboration with consumers, their families, carers, and other stakeholders to develop personalized care plans.
  • Provision of evidence-based interventions and education to promote mental health and well-being.
  • Development and implementation of strategies to support consumer engagement and participation in treatment.
  • Participation in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development.
Selection Criteria
  • Tertiary qualifications and current registration with relevant healthcare authorities.
  • Experience in contemporary clinical mental health practice, including conducting mental health assessments and providing evidence-based interventions.
  • Understanding of relevant legislation and the principles of mental health rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Demonstrated high-level communication skills and computer literacy.
  • Current unrestricted drivers' licence and ability to drive/travel as required.
