Lead Economic Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and talented professional to lead our economics team.

The team operates nationally, working with public and private clients across various sectors including residential, commercial, retail, tourism, health, education, industry, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and provide economic advice for client projects
  • Contribute to the future of our cities and regions through strategic planning and urban design
  • Manage and analyse statistical information, as well as monitoring and reporting on spatial trends
  • Implement effective research and analytical skills
  • Produce clear and concise reports
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent client outcomes

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Technical understanding of land use planning, economics and property
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Mentoring and leadership skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel occasionally
