Senior Consultant

At a leading advisory services firm, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Valuation Modelling & Economics division.

The opportunity will involve managing, delivering, and reviewing decision modelling engagements supporting clients in making critical business decisions.

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients and industries, gaining experience in understanding client issues and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Modelling, data analytics, and economic analysis
  • Delivering and reviewing financial models, decision support, and transaction analytics
  • Collaborating effectively with team members, mentoring colleagues, and staying informed about current business and economic trends relevant to clients
  • Identifying issues and proposing strategies related to procedures executed
  • Building and nurturing positive, productive, and professional relationships with internal and external clients

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree with around 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical skills, preferably with a degree in IT, Engineering, Economics, Sciences, or Accounting & Finance
  • Highly desirable knowledge in venture capital, investment banking, commercial banking, strategy, and/or financial research
  • Experience in business development and client management
  • Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to create financial models based on strategic financial business plans
  • Ability to manage project expenditures against budget and revenue, and provide guidance to team members to ensure completion of work deliverables
