About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Documentation Officer to join our team at Mineral Resources.

As a key member of our international trade team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting shipping documents to banks for negotiation under Letter of Credit (LC) in line with compliance terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and shipping strategies to deliver export products efficiently and cost-effectively to clients
  • Manage contracts and ensure alignment with contractual terms and conditions
  • Prepare LC drafts in accordance with LC and contractual terms, including incoterms
  • Liaise with banks and buyers on LC and documentation matters
  • Provide operational support to the sales and marketing team
  • Maintain and record export insurances and declarations
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in international trade, with a strong understanding of incoterms
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (preferred)
