We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an ICT Support Specialist.

Job Description

This role involves providing technical support and maintaining the ICT environment for a company in the renewables sector.

The successful candidate will have high-level knowledge of Mobility technology, experience with Windows server operating systems, Microsoft server features, and communication technologies. They will also be proficient in cloud platforms, such as Microsoft 365, and possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing Level 1 and 2 support on any helpdesk call assigned;
  • Demonstrating knowledge and skills in Google G Suite and Microsoft 365 related technologies;
  • Ensuring correct daily operation of the core network and infrastructure;
  • Supporting the maintenance of the security and integrity of the core network;
  • Possessing knowledge in patching technologies;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in ICT support;
  • A proven track record of resolving complex technical issues;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
