About This Role

This role is an opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals by supporting them in achieving meaningful employment outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their skills and abilities, and providing tailored interventions to help them overcome barriers to employment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the referral and intake process of job seekers into our programs
  • Assessment of job seeker skills, abilities, identification of barriers and intervention strategies
  • Developing and maintaining work preparation strategies, job seeking strategies, and employment support activities in consultation with job seekers
  • Reverse marketing of job seekers to achieve sustainable employment opportunities
  • Providing pre-employment assistance through vocational counselling, training, job search skills, and work trials/work experience to increase capacity for employment

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients, peers, and job seekers.
