**About this role**:
Our client is a leading retailer of** Luxury Furniture** in Australia and an opportunity has now become available for a **Sales Design Consultant** within their stunning showroom.

This exciting opportunity will see you work one on one with clients to create seamless interior design solutions, using your extensive product knowledge and natural eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end sales for residential and retail customers
- Provide 'in-store' interior design consultations with customers
- Prepare mood boards and design presentations
- Follow up on all customer leads with the aim to build client relationships
- Perform administrative duties including answering phones, providing quotes and data input to ensure service excellence is maintained
- Deliver after-sales service to encourage repeat business.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrated high-end customer service or sales experience relevant to the residential interior design market
- A natural creative flair and eye for detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough understanding of spatial planning, colour and fabric specification
- Experience with luxury retail brands
- A strong personal interest in furniture and interior design.
- Interior Design tertiary qualification (preferred, but not essential)
