The Role
  • Develop a deep understanding of the logistics & supply chain environment, including TCT products and SAP technology.
  • Undergo training and be accountable for specific tasks under the guidance of a mentor.
  • Adhere to templates, standards and processes within own area of assignment.
  • Advise on subject matter expertise to a low complexity level.
  • Gain insight into project methodologies and business processes.
  • Develop complex analysis, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Acquire a working understanding of SAP technical elements, including configuration and demo system build.
  • Contribute to workshops, requirement gathering sessions or other project-related work as necessary.
  • Display potential in communication, interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, conceptual thinking and innovation.
  • Improve stakeholder management skills and stay up-to-date with SAP technology advancements.

As a member of our programme, you can expect hands-on experience, develop your expertise in consultancy, software development or project management, and harness the latest SAP technology. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, taking ownership for independent learning and continuous personal and professional development.
