A Day in the Life of a Careers Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build connections with prospective students who have already expressed interest.
  • Making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries about programs and applications.
  • Providing instant responses to student queries and encouraging phone conversations.
  • Tracking student progress, following up on incomplete applications, sending deadline reminders, and updating the CRM.
  • Participating in daily check-ins to share best practices, stay motivated, and align on enrolment goals.

The Role: As a Careers Consultant, you'll guide prospective students through their decision-making journey to choose the right course for their career ambitions via phone, email, and web chat. You will provide them with timely and accurate advice, creating personalised pathways for each potential student using your consultative approach.

What You Need:

  • Diploma or degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
