Site Security Specialist

Glad Group, a leader in integrated property services across Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a Site Security Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our retail and commercial sites.
The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$60,000 - AU$80,000, depending on experience.
Job Description:This is a full-time position working 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays. As a Site Security Specialist, you will conduct comprehensive patrols to ensure safety on site, perform control room operations, including monitoring CCTV, and liaise with customers, clients, and tenants.
- Key Responsibilities:
- • Demonstrate exceptional security service standards
- • Conduct detailed security checks for risks and breaches
- • Perform control room operations, including monitoring CCTV
- • Liaise with customers, clients, and tenants
- • Support loading dock operations
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid State Security Licence and a current Senior First Aid Certificate. Experience in security, customer service, and teamwork is also essential.
- • Valid State Security Licence (mandatory)
- • Current Senior First Aid Certificate (mandatory)
- • Security experience in Retail or Commercial environments
- • Control room experience (for Control Rooms Operators only)
- • Experience in customer service
- • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
- • Be well presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Ability to work flexible hours across a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays
