This position outlines the general duties in line with specific role types and acts as a guide rather than a comprehensive list of tasks.
- Permanent Full Time Positions | $26.97 - $27.88 + shift allowances + Relief allowances

About the role:
This Security Officer position is responsible for providing a security presence while delivering excellent customer service to staff, visitors, contractors, etc. at the AGL Macquarie power station.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conducting foot patrols to ensure people are safe and buildings are secure
- Escorting people around the site
- Ensuring property is locked and unlocked as required
- Directing and helping people to navigate around the site
- Writing reports in response to incidents
- Communicating calmly and clearly with key stakeholders
Skills and Experience
- Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate are essential
- NSW Security Licence
- Customer centric approach
- Proven ability to remain alert while being focused on task
- Flexibility and adaptability
