Organizational Change Leader

The successful Organizational Change Leader will oversee organizational transformation on multiple complex ICT projects, preferably within the utilities sector. With a focus on timely and strategic planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, control, archiving, and disposition of project information, this role is ideal for individuals with advanced communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess organizational change requirements for the delivery of the project, ensuring all facets are considered, especially people impact, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
  • Manage the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures, according to the business framework.
  • Ensure change initiatives meet objectives and are completed on time and within scope to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achievement of results and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management on multiple complex ICT projects (preferably within the utilities sector). Over 3 - 6 years.
  • Works at an advanced level to identify potential stakeholders, analyze their expectations, and develop strategies for managing stakeholders and their expectations.
  • Ensures timely and strategic planning, collection, creation, distribution, storage, retrieval, management, control, archiving, and disposition of project information.
  • Applies comprehensive knowledge to act independently while providing guidance and training to others on using clear and effective verbal communication skills to express ideas, request actions, and formulate plans or policies.
