Job Summary

The successful candidate will perform stores functions by utilizing physical and inventory management systems. This involves warehouse and stores deliveries, adhering to inventory control processes and reporting. Additionally, they will be responsible for driving the company vehicle for appropriate pickups.

  • Be accountable for the end-to-end control of assets
  • Ensure equipment is properly handled, programmed, and accurately accounted for physically and electronically
  • Track quantities, perform inventory cycle counts, periodic stock takes, and resolve discrepancies of inventory
  • Monitor equipment and consumables usage and organize replenishment when required
  • Deliver and pick up customer equipment returns and other items as directed using a company vehicle
  • Manage inbound/outbound functions, including liaison with freight companies and suppliers
  • Process field returns from customers and install teams
  • Accurate data entry in ServiceNow for inventory controls
  • Ensure all parts are received in ServiceNow
  • Prepare bus installation kits as requested
  • Assist with annual audit and monthly assets reconciliation reports
  • Perform workshop job creation for faulty assets/stock received from the field
  • Maintain a sound knowledge of WHSE
  • Report WHSE incidents, potential hazards, near misses, and accidents
Role Requirements

Essential:

  • Driver's license
  • Forklift driver's license

Desirable:

  • Qualifications or certification in warehouse operations
About You

Candidates will have experience within a stores/warehouse environment, knowledge of ServiceNow, good numeracy and literacy skills. They should have excellent customer service, communication skills, and an ability to develop working relationships with customers and suppliers.

This role requires a team player who can work with limited direction.

Condition of Employment: A successful National Police Check is required.
