About the Role

We're seeking an Inventory & Procurement Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll maintain accuracy levels through purchasing and supplier coordination, analyse stock movements and customers' ordering patterns, identify trends, and keep our operations running efficiently.

This position suits someone with experience in inventory, purchasing, or supply chain who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and improving processes — not just following them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across the business
  • Analyse stock movements, identify discrepancies, and provide solutions
  • Review stock allocations and sales patterns to maintain consistent supplies and exceptional operational efficiencies
  • Prepare reports and support forecasting to improve purchasing decisions
  • Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
  • Work closely with operations teams to keep supply flowing smoothly
  • Recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory, purchasing, supply chain, or stock control
  • A detail-focused professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confident with numbers, reporting, and stock movement analysis
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Great attention to detail and reliability
  • Clear communicator who enjoys working with both systems and people
  • Comprehensive computer skills including Microsoft, Excel, CRM and ERP
