Loan Originator Role

As a Loan Originator, you will be responsible for marketing and promoting our financial products and services to realtors, builders, bank officers, and potential clients. You will evaluate loan products to determine the best financial solutions for customers, establish and maintain relationships with key partners, and manage customer interactions from application to closing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate loan products to determine the best financial solutions for customers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and sales representatives.
  • Market and promote our financial products.
  • Meet company production standards by taking complete and accurate loan applications.
  • Manage customer interactions from application to closing.
  • Analyze customer income, assets, investments, and debts.
  • Advise customers on different loan options.
  • Service existing customers by collecting necessary documents and fees.
  • Monitor loan status to ensure conformity with terms.
  • Prepare and present loan terms and conditions to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
  • At least 12 months of loan originator experience.
  • Strong judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and using software technology.
