Delivering exceptional customer service is at the heart of every successful banking professional. As a Customer Banking Specialist Relief, you will be responsible for providing a seamless banking experience to our customers.

About the Role

You will work in our 325 Collins Street Branch, supporting customers with their financial needs, including home loans, business banking, and financial advice. You will have in-depth conversations with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Have in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs.
  • Support customers with enquiries, account maintenance, and credit product applications.
  • Complete financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide options for customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking solutions.
  • Problem solve and provide effective solutions while championing our risk-adverse culture.
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in a related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex financial information.
  • The ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity, and prioritize customer needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment and think strategically.
  • A genuine interest in building a career in banking and improving customers' financial wellbeing.
