We're looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Solution Designer who can take ownership of the technical solution end-to-end and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves as well as shaping strategy. You'll join a mature, respected, and growing platform team with the freedom to work across modules and influence direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical solution design of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, BCM, SPM, IRM, and other modules
  • Maintain platform health — conduct checks, apply fixes, keep performance high
  • Drive integrations, including work with Security and Monitoring tools
  • Guide first-time implementations of new ServiceNow modules
  • Provide architectural leadership, technical best practices, and hands-on delivery
  • Mentor and uplift the capability of developers and specialists
What You Will Bring
  • ServiceNow Certified Architect (CSA or higher) with deep technical capability
  • Extensive hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules
  • Proven delivery in enterprise environments, ideally financial services or superannuation
  • Familiarity with CPS 230, APRA, and complex compliance frameworks
  • Experience outside pure consulting, or a strong track record of hands-on delivery within it
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
