About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Corporate Front Desk Officer to provide exceptional support to our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors to their destinations.
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Liaise with staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of events and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to support administrative tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with office software and equipment.
